1. Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Payments can be made via our website, in person, or other designated channels.
2. Allergies, Food Restrictions, and Special Requirements
- Guests must inform our staff of allergies, dietary restrictions, or food sensitivities when booking.
- To ensure safety, guests should also remind our staff of these restrictions at the beginning of the workshop.
- Cacao Mágico is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from failure to disclose this information.
3. Disabilities, Mobility Issues, and Children
- If any member of your party has a disability or mobility issue, please notify us when booking so we can make the necessary accommodations.
- The ages of all children in your group must be disclosed upon booking to ensure appropriate accommodations and supervision.
4. Special Occasions and Requests
- Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion (e.g., birthday, anniversary, engagement).
- We will do our best to provide additional touches to make your experience more memorable.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled workshop will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled workshop will receive a 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
6. Workshop Conduct
- Guests are expected to follow all instructions provided by our staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Disruptive behavior, including excessive intoxication or disrespect toward staff and other guests, may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
7. Liability Waiver
- By participating in a Cacao Mágico workshop, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.
- Cacao Mágico is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages sustained during the workshop.
8. Photography and Media
- We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to be included in photos or videos, please inform our staff before the workshop begins.
