- Full payment is required to confirm reservations at the time of booking.

- Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

- Guests will have the opportunity to take home their handmade chocolates.
5. Staff Responsibilities

- Daily deep cleaning and sanitation of all workstations, tools, and high-contact surfaces.

- Waste disposal must follow health and safety regulations.
