Cacao Mágico is committed to providing all guests an exceptional and safe chocolate experience. These policies and procedures outline the guidelines for staff and customers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable operation.

1. Booking and Payment Policies

  • Full payment is required to confirm reservations at the time of booking.
  • Bookings can be made online, in person, or via phone/email.
  • Group bookings of six or more require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
  • A confirmation email with details will be sent upon a successful booking.

2. Customer Safety and Health Guidelines

  • Guests must disclose any allergies or food sensitivities at the time of booking and remind staff upon arrival.
  • If a customer has a disability or mobility issue, accommodations will be made as needed and should be requested at the time of booking.
  • The facility follows strict sanitation and hygiene practices, including handwashing, clean utensils, and food-safe procedures.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
  • No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
  • The experience will start and end at the scheduled time.

4. Workshop Procedures

  • Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • A short introduction on the history and process of chocolate making will be provided before the hands-on activities.
  • Guests will be guided through the chocolate-making process, ensuring safety and adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Guests will have the opportunity to take home their handmade chocolates.

5. Staff Responsibilities

  • Ensure all equipment and ingredients are properly sanitized before and after each session.
  • Conduct workshops in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Address any allergies, disabilities, or special requests communicated by customers.
  • Monitor guest participation and assist when necessary.

6. Special Occasions and Customization

  • Guests celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or other special occasions should notify us beforehand. Birthday cakes and specialty items can be arranged.
  • Custom decorations, chocolate molds, and other personalized touches can be arranged upon request. However, some additional fees may be incurred. 

7. Facility Maintenance and Cleanliness

  • Daily deep cleaning and sanitation of all workstations, tools, and high-contact surfaces.
  • Regular inventory checks to ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Waste disposal must follow health and safety regulations.

8. Emergency Procedures

  • In case of a medical emergency, staff will provide first aid and contact emergency services if needed.
  • Fire extinguishers and safety exits are clearly marked and accessible.
  • Staff are trained in emergency response and customer safety.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
  • Staff must always maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
