Starting with the cacao bean, you’ll work with quality ingredients to make truffles and a gourmet chocolate bar with your favorite fruits and/or nuts inside. At the end of the class you get to take home what you made!
You’ll learn all the stages of working with chocolate including: • Extracting the chocolate from the raw cacao bean • Tempering chocolate • Making chocolate moulds with ganache • Filling chocolate moulds with creams and milk chocolate • Proper chocolate melting and cooling techniques • And of course, lots of eating chocolate
