The Cacao Magico chocolate experiences are a fun way to learn Mexican history through food.
There are three different classes to choose from.
The Chocolate Expert: The 90-minute-long session includes tasting the various chocolates and hot drinks. The longer class time allows for a deeper discussion of the history of chocolate. Students learn how to temper chocolate and have the chance to make several chocolate goodies.
The Chocolate Lover: The 60-minute-long session includes tasting the various types of chocolate and making a couple of chocolate goodies to take home.
The Chocolate Express: The 30-minute-long session gives a quick glimpse into the chocolate-making process.

From crafting chocolate-covered marshmallows to learning how to temper chocolate, children enjoy a creative, interactive class. With kid-friendly pricing for ages 5–11, it's a sweet and unforgettable adventure for young chocolatiers!
